Zhaoxi Fang:
Received the B.Eng. degree in communication engineering and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 2004 and 2009, respectively. He is currently a Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Shaoxing University, Shaoxing, China. From 2009 to 2019, he was with the College of Information and Intelligent Engineering, Zhejiang Wanli University, Ningbo, China. From 2013 to 2014, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI, USA. His research interests include AI-assisted wireless communications, and Internet of Things.
