
Huawen Liu:
Received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Software and Theory from Jilin University, Changchun, P.R. China in 2010. Currently he is a Full Professor with the Department of Computer Science, Shaoxing University, Shaoxing, P.R. China. He worked as a post-doctor at the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, from 2012 to 2015, and worked as a research visitor at University of Texas at San Antonio, USA from 2018 to 2019. His research interests cover machine learning and artificial intelligence, including sparse learning, hash learning, outlier detection, feature selection, and so on. He has published about 50 research articles in international journals and conferences, including IEEE TCYB, IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TKDE, IEEE TSMC, IEEE TMM, ACM TKDD, Pattern Recognition and Information Science. He also received three national-class grants and three provincial-class grants, and one award of science and technology of Jilin Province. He is a Senior Member of the China Computer Federation (CCF). He is on the Editorial Board of Mathematics. He also severed as an Associate Editor for J. Fuzzy & Intell. Syst., one of Publication Chairs for KSEM2020, one of Local Chairs for CCDM2014 and NCTCS2015, a PC member for several international conferences, such as IJCAI, AAAI, KSEM and ISCC, and a Guest Editor for several international journals, including NCAA, CAI and MTAP.
