In order to activate the value of data elements in our city, let data empower industrial development, and implement the "No. 1 Development Project" of digital economy innovation and quality improvement, on May 17, the Municipal Data Bureau and the municipal state-owned assets operating company jointly held the 2024 Shaoxing "Data elements X" action launch meeting with the theme of "Number of industries sharing ecological co-construction".
Lishan Chen, chief engineer of the Provincial Data Bureau, Yi Jin, deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal government, addressed the meeting, Yan Sun, Party secretary and director of the Municipal Data Bureau, Jianming Cai, Party secretary and chairman of the Municipal state-owned Assets Operation Company, Deputy secretary of the Municipal state-owned assets Operation Company Party Committee, vice chairman and general manager Chuan Ma attended the meeting.
At the launch meeting, the city data company held the unveiling ceremony and signed the first batch of data elements strategic cooperation agreements with eight units, including Zhejiang Big Data Trading Center, Provincial Economic Information Center, Shaoxing University, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and China Mobile. Pan Helin, member of the Information and Communication Economy Expert Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Saeid Pirasteh, member of the United Nations Geospatial Information Expert Committee, were hired as the first batch of experts in the field of data elements, which will provide strong intellectual support for the development of Shaoxing's digital economy. Pan Helin made a keynote speech on the "new" and "quality" of Chinese industry, and Shuang Ding, chairman of the City Data Company, shared the business experience and results of data elements.
The launch of the "Data elements X" action marks that Shaoxing City will build a bridge and a normative system for data market transactions through the construction of an "industrial data port". In the next step, the municipal data company will be based on the application of data scenarios, dig deep into the value of data, promote the wide application of data assets in the city, fully release the huge potential of the digital economy, and inject new vitality into the high-quality development of the digital economy in Shaoxing.
